NATIONAL CRIMINAL DATABASE $29

Not recommended to be used by itself, this database search of over 200 million records nationwide pulls information from various government sources including InterPol Most Wanted and Denied Persons list. This search may be useful in locating records in areas that applicant has never worked or resided in.

Please note that this search should only be used as a possible screening tool. We will perform this search only at the client’s request and understanding of the weaknesses of database searches.

REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER SEARCH $10

Search performed to confirm if applicant is a registered sex offender. Results depend on level of information provided by the state. Some states do not allow low level offender’s information to be made public.

COUNTY LEVEL CRIMINAL SEARCH $17 per each county

Determined to be the industry’s most accurate method of searching for criminal records, this “live” search involves an on-site examination of the county’s records for felonies or misdemeanors filed in the past 7 years in that county.

Shown to be more accurate and complete than a database, it is highly recommended that all counties the applicant has resided or worked in for the past 7 years be searched.

Results will provide index information on the case – identifiers, date filed, type of case, charge, disposition date, and disposition. In some counties, records may have to be ordered from clerk for further review if identifiers or index information is not complete on the index which may result in a delay.

Please note: Some courts charge an access fee for a search of their records which would be added to our standard charge. In some counties in NY, a statewide search is required which has a $55.00 court fee.

COUNTY CIVIL SEARCH $30 per each county

This is a “live” search of the county court’s records for lawsuits filed involving the applicant for the past 7 years. Highly recommended for positions involving finances, this search will show if an applicant owes money or has sued previous employers in the past 7 years.

Results will provide the names of the parties involved, case number, type of case, date filed and disposition information if provided on index. We will do our best to match the identity on the case to the applicant. However, if little or no identifying information is present, confirmation of match can not be guaranteed.

HEALTHCARE SANCTIONS $12.50

This Office of Inspector General search screens for convictions of patient abuse, program-related fraud, default on Health-Education loans, and licensing actions.

Highly recommended for applicants working in the health care field, this search will show if applicant is excluded from receiving federal contracts or benefits or participating in Medicare, Medicaid and other federally funded programs.

Verifies applicant’s highest level of education, dates of attendance, and diplomas or degrees earned. We can verify information from high schools, colleges, universities or training schools. Standard pricing includes up to 3 verifications.

PROFESSIONAL LICENSE/CERTIFICATION VERIFICATION $15

This will show if the applicant is in good standing with the proper occupational board or agency. This verifies the type of license held, status of license, and provides the issuance and expiration date of license through the property state agency or licensing board.

REFERENCE CHECK $15

We will call three personal or professional references as provided by the applicant and ask questions to help determine if applicant is right for the position. Additional questions may also be submitted by client to be asked.

CREDIT REPORTS

Highly recommended for positions handling finances or money-related matters, a credit report will provide information regarding the credit history of an applicant. Results will include information about delinquent accounts, current balances, and monthly payments.

Search performed at the county level to determine if subject owes money from liens or outstanding judgments placed against them in the past 7 years.

We will search divorce records to verify if subject has been divorced. We will provide you with the name of the ex-spouse, the date the divorce was finalized, the county, and the court it occurred in.
